Role Summary/Purpose: Responsible for Managing projects or Programs, implementing processes and communicating best practices to support business strategy across a geography.
Essential Responsibilities Implement growth playbook planning processes/strategies in order to drive market rigor
Apply CECOR (Calibrate, Explore, Create, Organize, Realize) growth framework across the business to strategic market development and region-wide product marketing.
Communicate market information to Commercial teams.
Maintain market segmentation view on an on-going basis.
Share best practices/tools across teams (CECOR).
Co-ordinate the annual marketing budget plan, in alignment with overall business vision, between regional segment leaders, general manager and finance team.
Communicate market-driven input and trends from GE corporate to commercial teams, including GE green and eco-imagination breakthrough initiatives.
Disseminate marketing best practices to business team in order to optimize one-GEHC approach to markets and customers.
Support Marketing Communication plan and initiatives across the geography, in coordination with MarCom & the Regions
Coordinate, integrate and manage roll-out of Marketing related Campaigns
Qualifications/Requirements: A Bachelors degree or equivalent professional certification.
Demonstrated market awareness and excellence with 5 years commercial experience.
Excellent project management skills
Demonstrated process-driven orientation and execution focus.
Exceptional leadership skills and ability to influence across business teams.
Highly effective communication skills (written and verbal).
strong track record of working collaboratively to tackle cross-functional business issues.
Desired Characteristics MBA or Master’s degree
